Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Apparel and most other items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify

  • Select items (such as curated collections) are packaged and shipped directly by me. 

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use a mix of fulfillment partners depending on the item.

Made-to-order items (apparel, etc.)

  • Shipped via Printify's production partners

  • Typical delivery: 3-7 business days after processing

Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping is $5 per order. Orders of $50+ ship free!

​

Split shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on how they are fulfilled.

Delays

Please not that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • High-volume periods (holidays, launches)

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you run into an issue, reach out and I'll do my best to help.

I know waiting on orders isn't fun. If you have questions at any point, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to help.​​

Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, I'll do my best to make it right.

Made-to-Order Items (Apparel, etc.)

Most items are made to order through my production partner, Printify, so I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

​

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or with a printing error

​

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I will replace it or refund you.

​

Select items (such as curated collections)

I occasionally offer items that are packaged and shipped directly by me (such as my curated collections). These items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

​

Order Issues

If something is wrong with your order, please us at hello@healthateverystyle.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

​

I'll respond as quickly as I can and work with you to resolve it.

​

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.

​

Final Sale Items

At this time, all sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
